Through the pre-enrolment form on the School page, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Phone number (optional)
- City and country
- Experience level
- Courses of interest
This data is processed solely to notify you when the school announces its dates, places and prices, and to send you relevant information about Kreat FX training activities.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given by submitting the pre-enrolment form and ticking the age confirmation checkbox. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@kreatfx.com.
4. Age restriction
Our services are not directed at children under 14 years of age. If you are between 14 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to submit the form. By ticking the age confirmation checkbox, you declare that you meet these requirements.
5. Data retention
Your data will be kept for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. Once you request deletion, your data will be erased within 30 days.
6. Data sharing
Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required. Form responses are stored in Google Sheets, governed by Google's privacy policy.
